    Job Location for Meesho Recruitment 2023 –

    Responsibilities for Product Analyst (Hybrid)     – 
    • Use qualitative and quantitative data in the product development cycle to generate user and market insights
    • Conduct effective A/B experiments to measure the impact of and improve the product
    • Identify key product metrics and build tools and dashboard to track them continuously
    • Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction
    • Ensure swift and better product decisions using data and analytics
    • Conduct user research and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
     
    Responsibilities for Social Media Associate (Onsite) 
    • Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat
    • Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments and messages
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
    • Stay-up-to-date with social media trends and developments to improve our social media strategy
    • Work and coordinate with agencies
    • Act as a brand advocate and ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand voice and values.
     
    Salary/Pay and Grade Pay –  For Social Media Associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,600 per month and for Product Analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,300 approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

     

    Age Limit – For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.

    • Social Media Associate – {a graduate degree in any discipline or a graduate degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field is preferred}
    • Product Analyst – {a graduate degree in engineering}.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data driven decisions
