• Business Development Associates – {Any candidate having a bachelor’s degree in any stream}.

• giving advice on possible career choices, educational options, and an awareness of how the CCBP 4.0 Programmes might help their careers.
• delivering the benefits and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programmes.
• taking responsibility for the whole life cycle of sales closing for the leads you have been given.
• This covers conversations over the phone or video, product presentations, closing sales, and relationship maintenance following a purchase.
• keeping a complete record of all communications with leads and regularly updating the pertinent team with feedback on the lead’s quality.
• achieving enrollment and revenue goals each week.

Selection Process Criteria –

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Experience Required – For this post, there is no Previous/ Prior experience needed. Freshers are also eligible for this job Opening/ Recruitment.
