Responsibilities –
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs
- Coordination with management and other team members and directors to ensure status updates
- Assist recruiters by conducting interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments and interviews
- Any other responsibilities delegated, be a back-up for generalist responsibilities.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For Ad Associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 36,000 (440$) per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
