Responsibilities – 
  • Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs
  • Coordination with management and other team members and directors to ensure status updates
  • Assist recruiters by conducting interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments and interviews
  • Any other responsibilities delegated, be a back-up for generalist responsibilities.
